Harzio internships focus entirely on building real-world software components. Instead of sitting through pre-recorded lectures, you receive architectural specifications and code requirements. You build the project, submit code through GitHub, and schedule a live evaluation with a lead engineer.

Every submission undergoes two review phases: first, an asynchronous modular code review on GitHub where engineers check code formatting and structure. Second, a 1-on-1 live presentation session where you present the working project, explain architectural choices, and receive feedback.

Yes. Each certificate has an associated serialized ID and QR code. Scanning the QR code points to the Harzio registry, which displays the verified Skill Passport™ scorecard, detailed assessor notes, and links to the candidate's submitted project code.

Programs typically range between 2 to 6 months depending on the complexity of the chosen path. However, tasks are structured to be self-paced so you can move faster or slower based on your schedule.

Upon submission, your technical dashboard lights up. An assessor will provide code-level review feedback within 48 hours. After any required iterations, you select an open calendar slot in the booking widget to hop on a live Zoom/Meet screen share with your reviewer.
