Harzio internships focus entirely on building real-world software components. Instead of sitting through pre-recorded lectures, you receive architectural specifications and code requirements. You build the project, submit code through GitHub, and schedule a live evaluation with a lead engineer.

Students are selected based on their performance in our domain test (unlocked via application access code) along with profile screening. Once selected, you'll receive your official offer letter.

The internship is structured as a 180-Hour Structured Internship program. Typically, candidates complete it in 4 to 8 weeks depending on weekly time commitment, and milestones are self-paced.

Our program is a performance-based training and assessment model focused on career readiness. Stipends are based on specific client project assignments during selection or for top performers in evaluation rounds.

The Skill Passport™ is a verified performance scorecard grading your technical execution, problem-solving, project structure, communication, and overall career readiness. It features a unique serialized hash that recruiters can use to view verified code and assessor remarks.

Upon submission of your weekly milestones, you hop onto a live screen-share call with your designated industry expert assessor. You walk them through your architectural selections, demo the execution, and receive direct code-review feedback.

Certificates are issued digitally containing security hashes and QR links. Scanning the QR link displays your verified Skill Passport™ rating breakdown, project links, and mentor signoff details publicly on the Harzio verification domain.

After completion, your verified scorecard and repository logs enter our career pool. Partners searching for validated engineering talent access the database to shortlist applicants for developer hiring cycles.
